And now I feel 10 times worse than I felt before having the shower! I had to quit and go and literally fall on my bed. 10 minutes later and the shaking and feeling wiped out has gone, but I'm soooo sore! I just can't win!!

tried a shower board? or chair if poss? i have shower board as cant stand when shower, free from your ot xx
I have had to have a wet room installed, and even so have a shower chair as I cant stand long enough to have a shower. Occupational therapy will provide it. i have got zimmer frames, a bed riser, stair lift and my faithful shower chair I use every day. Dont try heroics, if its hard for you, then get an adaption. Took a long time to realise I needed them and took it as a real step down, but now its made my life much easier
