embarassing pain

i keep getting pains on my pubic bone im not sexually active atm and havnt been for a couple of years but the pain is there not all the time but when i have a bad day it is 1 pain that causes me the most confusion does anyone else get this

Hi, I get stiff joints and pain in my groin, at the top of my legs where they join my pubic area.

I've noticed this for about 5 years, during which I've been celibate and sexually active - it doesn't seem to follow a pattern - as with most fibromyalgia symptoms!

For a long, long time I put this down to the glands in my groin being in a constant state of over-drive, but I've come to realise it's just (yet another) type of joint stiffness and tissue pain.

Another thought that's struck me, do you have any IBS or digestive problems? If I've eaten something that causes my body to over react, I sometimes find my innards press down on each other and cause lower abdominal discomfort.

No i havent had pain there but to be honest it would not surpise me if i did i think it is to do with fibro but that is my opinion not a proffessional perhaps you shpuld really seee your Gp love to you diddle x

I get an awful stabbing pain internally I also have groin pain,

I get pain everywhere, and I mean everywhere so I'm no longer surprised by pain in strange places lol. I think anywhere there is muscle, tendon or bone Fibro can effect but if it's worrying you , is a new symptom and lasts longer than a few hours I'd get it checked out.

I have constant pain in my hips, lower back and even the pubic bone area like you say.

It a horrible achy pain in my bones everywhere and nothing helps.

I get an electric shock type pain in my girly parts! lol not very often but it does happen, I Know its nerve pain as its exactly the same as the pains I get all over, I've told my doctor and he agree's its nerve pain and probly down to the fibro.

hey lally i do sometimes get pain like electric shck it might be something like a trapped nerve i would speak to your gp about this hun it is embarassing but hey we all have to bite the bullet and put a brave face on most gps have seen us at our worst so its not really any different and if we dont ask we dont no do we xx
