Hi Annab124,

I don't get pain at the front of my neck, but I do at the back.

Fibro is so challenging, and the pain can strike almost anywhere. If this is a new pain however and you're at all worried please see your GP, as not everything can be attributed to fibro x

Thanks for answering ! My gp said she thinks it’s Fibro . I’m really struggling at the moment the pains I’m getting seem to be getting worse , I keep getting high oitch noise in ears randomly every so often , my ears feel almost blocked too .. I also feel dizzy a lot

I get the pain and soreness at the back and front of my neck. Also my ears . Had it checked with my doctor and he said it's the fibro. Had a c.t scan and everything looked normal

Yes they can often feel blocked. I do have alot of sinus problems and also tinnitus. I had sinus problems before fibro but have only had the tinnitus since I put it down to the medication I am on but it honestly sends me screwy sometimes. If I move my head to fast, get up from a lying position too fast the room can whirl and occasionally it seems to happen when I am tired or in alot of pain. I suppose it can be caused by the general weakness and fatigue many people have with fibro as we are constantly having to push our bodies and if we don't pace ourselves correctly we tend to suffer in very strange ways.x

Pregablin and cocodamal 30/500 mg for fibromyalgia. I was also taking Ibuprophen for arthritis but this also helped my fibro pain and stiffness but unfortunately had a bowel bleed before Christmas so I am off that for the moment and not sure whether they will put me back on that again, the pain and stiffness has definately increased since I have been off it. I also take other drugs for IBS, HBP high chlorestrol etc.x
