i couldnt get out of bed now so down i keep crying about it all tramadol & co-codamol not helping much waiting for a change in meds in a couple of wks if doc agrees it !?! so sad to be so unwell in the nice weather especially with a 5 yr old boy wanting to go out

shout rant and rave. If you are going to throw something at the walls try a plate of spaghetti bolognaise - I find the consistancy and splat factor to be just right. Plus the dogs dont mind cleaning it up for me. We are all entitled to a day of not fairs, why me, stuff it all. Go for it and remember we are all here for you.

So sorry hun that you are feeling like this, hope the pain gets easier for you very soon, I feel for anybody as a young Mum with children it must be very hard to cope, at least mine are all grown up. You just keep chatting to us and we will I hope help you through.

tramadol and co codomal together?? would not think u would be aloud this... i was on co codomal first then tramadol now fentanyl patches and oral morphine.... although i am still in pain and have flair ups, i have found the patches are the most helful... i am so sorry to hear u are feeling so low.. i have had a bad few weeks with my depression so i really do understand how u are feeling... hugs.... cry cry and cry... like they all say.. it does help.. lots of gentle hugs.. diane x

sorry to hear you are in bad way and meds not helping can you nort get to see your GP earliuer and change the? shame to miss out we spend most of our lives missing out on thimgs that we would enjoy either because we are too much in pain to go or we know we woi;ll be in too much pain after GRRRRRRR love to you diddle x

thank you all so much for ur support,kindness & love it has been very tough my 17 yr old was crying last night as she hatesto see me like this when i used to be such an active person. It was heart breaking to see her so upset I spent today in bed & i have just got up to supervise my daughter doing dinner & spend some time with my munchkins x feeling a bit better and taking each day as it comes. the new meds that were reccommended were valium or diazapam i think ?? should have got her to write it down for me ? will find out next wk hopefully i also take sertraline, lanzaprozle,hydrochlomide (i think) for stomach probs and a tab for anxiety ! also been thinking i will need to start using the wheelchair now and again if i am to be able to get around with less pain love and gentle (((hugs))) to u all xx amanda xx

hi again just remembered the other medication rheumatologist suggested was gabapentin
