Tender Tendons

Hi,

Has anyone had their achiles tendons become very tender. Mine are permanently tender & it is even more difficult to walk. It happened about 12 months ago just out of the blue. Got out of bed, went to walk across the room & ouch!.

Hi Annie, yes, I get Plantar Fascititis and achilles tendonitis. When I consulted a chiropadist she said its due to the way I was walking as if you have a pain in one area you over compensate in other areas. She recommended some stretching exercises as the tendons tighten up and need releasing. x

I also have this problem.I find wearing a boot with a small heel helps as it takes the pressure off of the strech in your achilles tendon. Hope this helps you xx
