Good night sleep needed watching the minuits ticking, in pain all over. skin and scalp so tender to touch, hot sweats, and my legs feel on fire even with the windows open and 3 degrees out side they are so so restless sorry for the moan

I find my Zapain helps my restless legs calm down. Having researched this, apparently the codeine interacts with the chemical which causes restlessness. Ask your GP. I'm sitting under my quilt with a hot water bottle and my window wide open! Hope you get some sleep soon.

Hi there

I feel your pain!

Been awake for most of the night with all the symptoms you describe. If I am not shivering I am sweating and feel as if I have had a few rounds in boxing ring.

Have been feeling rough for days now and fatigue levels are high. I sometimes wonder if am going crazy until I read posts like yours and then realise I am not alone.

Please don't apologise for what you said, sometimes you just need to get it off your chest. The night is very long when you are in such pain and discomfort.

Just remember,as Ian says below, you are no alone and there is always support on this forum.

Thanks now one knows the pain until they suffer it . We look fine from the outside but it's the fibromyalgia you cannot see and the silent health problems that go with xx ,x
