mouth toungue and lips, numbness!!!

you know the feeling when the dentist aneasthetic starts to wear off in your mouth? i keep getting this, lasts half hour plus at a time. anyone else can empathise with me??? effects my toungue, lips and mouth area

I get this, it comes and goes.

My chin is the worst and that is exactly how i would describe it, the dentist aneasthetic.

Sorry i dont know how to stop it though.

Hi Nadine,

I get this almost every night, when it first started I got it about once a fortnight but now its almost every night and can last from 30 mins to an hour, I've mentioned it to my Dr and he doesn't seem too worried about it, I'm not sure what causes it though as my doctor tells me nothing, I think i'll have a mooch around the internet to see if I can find anything out about it.
