There are lots of symtoms associated with fibro but worth mentioning on a phone call to surgery to ask if an appointment may be needed , give you a piece of mind maybe xx

Deficiencies of both B12 and Calcium cause tingling.

... agree ! And yet the GP will say you are normal - even if at the bottom of the range. To prevent cognitive decline and neurological symptoms ( tingling anywhere in the body ) - your B12 level needs to be over 500 or even to towards the top of the range.

The first video showing Dr Carr - indicates just how important B12 is and yet constantly overlooked at GP level and beyond.

I must admit I have had this on and off since I have had fibro. I get it for a few days or a few hours and then it might go away for weeks. It is such a strange sensation.x

Yes I get this too. Mentioned it to the neurologist but he never gave me any answer as to why it was happening.

Did you get diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the end? I have M.E and fibromyalgia and similar symptoms to you.

I have M.E and Fibro and get pins and needles or patches of numbness that turn up anywhere from head to toe, sometimes it stays permanent. It does seem to affect my speech at least to me it sounds slurry or slower, but the gp doesnt seem to worry about it, just puts it down to yet another symptom.

Yes they tend to listen and then shrug it off as just another symptom. I think my speech is slurry and slower too and I have to concentrate on what I am saying.
