Does anyone suffer from dribbling . The last few weeks I feel that I’m constantly dribbling from the left side of my mouth. It’s really bugging me as I’m very aware of it. Is this something I should be worried about ? Is it a symptom of fibro or chronic fatigue?
Thanks in advance

This would not be expected unless the person were so fatigued from loss of sleep that h/she were dozing off from exhaustion. Drooling is more often related to bell's palsey or a stroke.
This might seem a stupid question but have you lost any teeth on that side? I have and occasionally if my mouth fills with a lot of saliva some will escape.x
Sorry to hear you’re going through this, I have similar experience and have been advised lupus which is affecting joints and my teeth, the excess bile on my left side back of mouth is related to Sjögren's syndrome I am told by rheumatologist with dry eyes and lack of bile on the right side of mouth.
