what painkillers are you on? I alter my dosage depending on how bad the pain is - but with the agreement of my specialist. If the pain is breaking through you need to badger your gp for a backup plan. As I say i am lucky as I was diagnosed by an ME specialist so very well aware of fibro and has altered my meds accordingly
I'm on 40mg zomorph twice a day as well as paracetomol four times a day and an aspirin one in the morning there just isn't anything else the doctors can do I went the other day and was told I had an ulcer
I cannot take pregabalin as it makes my heart beat so much faster I have to be careful as already had two ops on my aorta after aneurysm in 2009 and just luck to be here today as for the aspirin I don't have a choice as I have to keep taking them to keep my blood from clogging even though I hate taking tablets I have no choice
