Has anyone had a claim review for their universal credit? I'm really worried as from what I have heard from news reports is that they question every little thing. I have a phone appointment on Monday 18th November. Xx

when the assessor came on phone he was very reassuring he said this can take up to a 1/2 hour theres a list of questions i need to ask at the end 10-15 mins later he read out a declaration i asked why i had the review he said sometimes the computer generates randomly who to review when i got the message on my journal i thought it was myb because i had been on uc a year and it was to do with the lcwra part of uc and i was going to hve to answer questions again on my health i was imagining all sorts of things snd so anxious it was all unnecessary worry plz try to enjoy ur weekend hope all turns out well for u

Hiya 😊 yes I had one recently, but that was because I got a big payment from my work as i left due to illl health. But when I had the actual appointment, it hadn't anything to do with that or my health. It was just to ask some questions about savings accounts and it was over in 5 mins! It was a waste of time and caused unnecessary anxiety. Has there been any changes recently 🤔 like money coming in?
