I think it's depend on the person my carer was hot for a a day then nothing. It's Moderna. Had no choiceHopefully you'll be fine hun hugs Dawn π€π€π€π€π
Most of my covid shots were Pfizer and gave me no trouble. But my last shot was Moderna and the side-effects were very unpleasant for a few days. Of course, the mixtures have probably changed since then, so who knows. I have been avoiding the current booster, but will sort something out next week.
Oh no hun !π€ hope you're feeling better soon. Don't be rushed 're Covid and flu. My mistake was having them both in one arm. Had a nice large lump 2 days later. My friend said I'm a soft a##.π. Cheeky monkey π΅.
I hope if you get ur jabs u have no problem s hunπ€
I was mardling with a dog walkery friend and he was saying the previous shots had had him laid up for days and feeling bad after that, (and his wife too!) but the new one he had seems better. I suppose it's a lottery? What suits some, won't be so great for others. I notice side effects don't tend to put people off getting their shots. Some say they think side effects mean the immune system is doing it's job and show the Shot will be effective, which is what we want.
Meanwhile, many of the people getting shots this year, have already had their dose of Covid. It's hit us early, hasn't it? Not sure why they need both Covid and a Covid Shot a week or two after recovery? Before, the advice was to leave it a couple of months? Maybe it's because they now do the Flu and Covid shots together? Maybe they understand better the safety and mechanism of the shots?
Other people say they expect to feel out of sorts for a week after the shots and so they are less fazed when they do feel a bit tired, achy queasy? It looks like if you want the reassurance of maybe getting a less severe Covid, you might have to put up with feeling Cr4p for a few days after getting your shots? It's not like we can avoid all the winter bugs, is it?
However, I note more people are now saying, they are happy to trust their immune systems to do the work. Now we understand more about Covid there is less fear but of course that depends on whether you feel yourself to be in a vulnerable group?
Regarding feeling poorly after, maybe look up detoxing regimes? If there is a chemical in the shot this time giving you Gip, perhaps some of these clay detox protocols might shift any residues? Every year the Shots have to be rejigged to be effective and so it's hard to know year on year which companies produce the best ones for your system. Like I say, some say they have been pleasantly surprised this time around.
My pondery head wonders if it makes any difference what meds you are already on? Can the shots add to an already toxic load that your body has to deal with? In the past, I've been wiped out by simple stuff like Chlorhexidine found in mouthwash and more besides. We are all different. Hope you feel better soon.
Bless you π I only had the flu injection π so far as I didn't want covid 19 and the flu done together as I felt sure my body would go into a flare-up. So far the flu has created some problems and increased Inflammatory condition worse and feeling unwell and aces all over the body . I now taking vitamin C to bring my energy levels back and feel a little better. My advise would be rest and eat food with lots of vitamins to bring your energy levels back. It might be good to share your concerns with your GP . He also may be able to help you . Or the Pharmacy. Good luck and stay warm and drink lots of water π§ to support your body.
