Your English is excellent and easily understandble. I too have the same with aching and shooting pain in the side and around through the breasts with a gnawing ache in one. Ultrasounds and mamographs only showed a small cyst. The breast specialist said some women just have this breast pain and they can't understand why. It is thought some of this is referred pain from the osteo arthritis I have in my spine in the thoracic region. She did say that sometimes the herb Agnus Castus can sometimes help the generalised ache. If I try wearing a brain the pain around that area can get unbearable.
I think caffeine can do alot of things to the body. I have found that I feel better in myself since I gave up cola and have come off medication with caffeine in them. It is worth trying doing without your treats (I know it is difficult when you are ill and need something to take your mind off it) for a few weeks to see whether you get any improvement.
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this intolerable manner, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. There have been quite a few posts recently about the tissue, muscle and fibre between members bones (especially in this area), as I am not a doctor I cannot say that this is what is happening to you? So what I have done is to paste two different posts links below, to see if anything feels familiar to you?
Either way, it really is something that you will have to discuss with your medical professional.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi meigami
Welcome to our friendly fibro forum where people come for advice and support about Fibromyalgia if you got to our Mother site fibroaction.org you will find a wealth of information regarding anything related to Fibromyalgia from symptoms through to diagnosis, and dealing with doctors too.
I agree with Rosewine, your English is very good and easy to understand
I also get terrible breast pain even been sent for mammogram because of it and though its not been diagnosed but I have suggested it is 'costachondritis' to the doc who said it may well be. It is very painful under the breast along the rib round into my back when it sets off with an intense gnawing sensation as Rosewine describes too.
I am not too familiar with the condition 'costachondritis' enough to explain it to you as I'm not a medical professional and also cannot tell you that is what you're suffering with but would like to give you a link to patient.co.uk and their article discussing what it is so that you can compare your symptoms to check if it may be that.
I would also like to say that somewhere else that you may get some advice on this would be Pain Concern who also have a forum on Health Unlocked
Many fibromites have costachondritis so it is worth going to see your Doctor to discuss this. It must be really uncomfortable for you and I personally think that getting it checked and treated by your doctor would be a good idea.
Wishing you wellness and hope you find your answers
I too am suffering breast pain and pain in the ribs. My Dr did all the tests and found nothing and she advised me to try evening primrose oil. It has felt better since I started taking it.
This appears to be quite a common issue and not just for ladies? There is a condition called Costochondritis which could explain it? I am not a doctor so I cannot say that this is what it is, but it is worth discussing this with your GP?
hi artmix, i've tried EPO 2s/day. but it's not worked on me. now i take ibuprofen 2s/day. it's working on me to reduce the pain but only working for 4-6 hours.
I can't take ibroprufen as it effects my hiatis hernia, same applies to anti inflammatory drugs they effect the hernia as well.Pleased it works for you though.
My hubby has f.m. and he has costocondritis, it hurts in that same location. We thought it was heart attack symptom. It hurts quite frequently, but is not fatal. My hubby has to lay down and rest when it happens. He takes a muscle relaxer called baclophen, that helps some.
the reason why i'm worry so much abt breastpain, my mom n my aunt passed away cause BC. i saw with my own eyes how suffered they were. that's why i'm freaking out so much abt my pain
almost a year ago, i got dislocation on my knee and my right shoulder when played badminton. since i got dislocation. i getting pain on my breast (right side) such as sore, tingling on nipple, burning sensation (sometime), stiff. but no redness, lump n swollen
it's so discomfort, and i even cant wearing bra.
i got my Ultra sound on april n the result was no suspicious evidence and breast show predominant glandulare components. my dr said it's fine
now lately, i feel like when i got PMS. sometimes on both breast but often on my right breast.
