Does anyone have idea how long case manager takes , as they’ve had mine from start of August?Any advice please 🙏 x

Sorry , yes I’d applied this and it’s been in the hands of the case manager for ages .

Aha got it. You live in Scotland and this is their version of PIP!!!!!

I doesn't have anything to do wuth whether you work or not so don't understand why your work are involved?

Hi I received mine after 3 months but I said my condition changed not that they believed me they went with my last award no change hope that helpsX

My review was submitted March received my letter August to say approved till 2029.

my review took more than ten months in total in the queue, and was pulled from the queue and reviewed by a case manager for nearly 3 months

I went from standard daily living and no mobility

To enhanced on both , with an indefinite award

I was worried about the delay, but turns out they were just working out the mobility and the award length , I got 12 points for planning and following and 4 points for moving around

and 17 points daily living

Do was a big relief and my fears unfounded

I just received mine yesterday and they had it since May 24. It now includes standard rate mobility which I did not have when I was on pip just standard rate care. Will be reviewed in Aug 26.

hi Momcm, I am so sorry but I haven’t read your post yet, but I am in a turmoil right now and have been trying to figure out how to post my question without having to reply to a post. I really apologise for this and I shall read your msg over the weekend at some point. I desperately need advice from anyone who can give me advice and information about dealing with an employer when at breaking point and needing to apply for ill health retirement. I am in a state of bad mental state and cannot think straight, I am literally at a point of handing in my notice but know this is not the way to go without leaving myself in dire straits. If anyone does reply to me please accept my apologies in advance if I don’t get back to you immediately as my mind is all over the place but I hope that I can get some very much needed advice and support, thank you x

It’s ok. Please don’t do any rash before getting advice. I’m not sure, you would be better getting advice from citizens advice , who could give you the best advice. Its fine thanks, I got an answer to my question. Maybe the helpline on here could give you advice aswell. You take care of yourself ❤️ xx
