Nora virus V fibromyalgia

Hi all, I hope everyone's doing ok. As the title says I'm just getting over the Nora virus but because it makes you sick it's triggered a fibro and collitus flare, to the point I couldn't take my meds but the weird thing is being out in the sun heavily covered in sun screen I'm feeling much better!! Has anyone else found this?? I'm not out for long, just enough to warm my back, etc I noticed this before heat works as I've had fibro etc for 5yrs I've tried it all to get rid of it, but acceptance was hard especially when I get a flare. It's made my depression worse and its hard on my grand kids as the youngest doesn't understand why I can't see him, but the oldest does and shes amazing. Well thats me talked out, this was just a quick post soz if its depressing.
