You are NOT alone Lovecoffee,
At least you did the right thing and didn't go out, You are listening to your body,
If after you've had 1st wonderful hot drink and you can have a nice shower, not too cold but just enough to wake you, especially if you use some of the lovely body washes out there,
It's of course your choice what you decide in the end but if you feel like a power nap of 30mins maybe you'll benefit, You have to be patient,
I hope you get some good sessions of resting, Resting being the key,
take care

Hi debs thanks for replay, I always felt better after hour sleep then just chill it’s so hard I want do lots stuff in my head but body hurt to much the weather don’t help me when it’s warmer it does I always have take hot water bottle to bed xx
Ahh the 'in your head' stuff,
I've been travelling around the world and rescued Donkeys in my head,
For now I aim at getting through my front gate, Or going into a shop to buy groceries,
Hello, I tend too wait till I feel okay, good idea not too go out and wait for another better day, I have Cfs with my fibro so fatique can be changable , go with what your body is saying . I know it’s “ i want too do that today and we cannot ,” frustrating I know , I totally get it, it’s so chilly for June as well, Im wanting some warmer weather ,that will encourage me more 😉x
Hi there Lovecoffee, the only thing I know is what you are doing already, listening to your body and resting. And there is also pacing. You alternate periods of activity with periods of rest. I have Cfs too and heart disease as well as multiple other illnesses.
It's hard. Especially with hidden illnesses when we get criticised and judged by others. We do what we can and let the rest go. I still make plans with friends and family but frequently have to cancel when the time comes. Most people don't understand but we have to prioritise our physical and mental health. Lots of love, Elaine xx 😘
hi, I have managed to alleviate my fatigue, by two approaches, changing my diet, improving my sleep, and taking supplements , specifically cutting out sugar, carbohydrates and wheat based foods, taking magnesium taurate and omega 3 an hour before sleep, and taking NMN and ubiquinol on an empty stomach in the morning, I take many other supplements for cognition and immune system boosting and gut function etc, but the diet change and those supplements are very helpful on the energy front
