I get pins and needles in the top of my thighs if I stand still for more than a few minutes or if I walk for more than a few paces. I get pins & needles in my hands all the time they never go away even when I use compression gloves provided by physio, and I get pins & needles in the bottom of my spine if I sit in one position for more than 10 minutes. I even get them in my eyes if I read for over 20 minutes, and using the computer is a nightmare. I am usually the first person to remind people that not everything is fibro-related, however, before I ask my GP I just wanted to ask how many of you suffer with pins and needles, how often and where?
Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your responses.
Gentle hugs to you all 💜

Hi there , Imo it does not sound like fibro. I get pins and needles in various places but never in the eyes. I really do think this is one for your GP It sound horrible. I hope can find out what it is and get some relief xxxx
😊Hi Bacaloca I have had the same symptoms for years and I was told they were a related to the meds I take, mainly Gabapentin. Better safe than sorry and definitely contact your doctor. Tvgc 😊
Hi there,I agree with Dizzy not all symptoms are Fibro related so differently check in with your doctor this week and hopefully get some answers, in the meantime take care x
Hi, maybe an MRI would be a good idea. Although I didn't get pins and needles in eyes, turns out I had a blocked artery in upper thigh. I'm not saying must be the same for you of course. But certainly worth checking. Wishing you well .
hi, I get pins £ needles in my hands and upper back, but mine is due to nerve damage in my neck and spine, your eyes, I take it feels prickly. and using the computer, or reading. makes it worse?? Am I right?? I was diagnosed with light sensitivity, for my eyes, so I have to turn down light, on Tv, iPad, phone, and so wear sunglasses, if something is too bright, not recommended to wear them all the time, just when you need them.
I went to the opticians, because of the prickly eyes, but they couldn’t find anything wrong.
Thanks for all your comments, I have taken them on board and booked an appointment at my GP's. I go on the 23rd so I will let you know the outcome. Thanks again,
