Hi there, I do take a multi vitamin from H@B each day , lack of Sunshine at the moment is properly not helping people and we are nearly into May so blood tests will always show up any deficiency s , just had my done. Good that you try and pace each day, I am doing that constantly I know what it can be like having CFS as well ☹️. Always good too have a chat here and releasing how you feel, hard I know when we feel like we need a rocket behind us too get us going , have you had a well woman check up at the doctors surgery with the nurse, any bloods done lately? Just for a piece of mind xx

hello I know how you feel, I’m 42 with multiple health problems and it does get you down.

Every day I take Vit C & D and also cod liver oil. I’m sure it makes a slight difference. Have never found a vitamin which takes the fatigue away - If only 🥰 I exercise every day, walking and it makes me feel a bit better x

Morning Allthatglitters! Liking your name👌🏻

Have you tried Magnesium for fatigue?

I’ve yet to, as need to finish some meds first, then hope to try it.

But I’ve read it helps with fatigue, think there’s various types too.

If it’s the Mercury Retrograde affecting you, it will end in a couple of days. It has definitely been affecting me.

I hear you hun, and absolutely understand 😩. I'm 49 and have felt 'pants' for years and years. I'm a non smoker, non drinker, no caffeine, low sugar, vegetarian who cooks from scratch and who takes vitamins and it all makes absolutely no difference to making me feel well (or better or normal!😏). I keep popping the supplements but I'm sceptical it's got to be said. I'm also on HRT and testosterone and even that promises to be a magical cure and isn't 😤. The last 10 days I've been in agony with sciatica too. If I had the energy I would scream or cry! I hope you find something to lift you up. If it wasn't for this forum to vent with I don't know what I would do. Big hugs x

How long have you been vegetarian? Why are you vegetarian? Why are you denying your body what it needs to heal, repair and rebuild itself?

Your body is not happy trying to keep its systems running on plants.

Stop taking vitamins. 👍 Stop being vegetarian. 👍

(brace yourself...) The 'magical cure' is:

Eat meat. Eat fat (animal). Let your body use fat for energy, the way it's designed to. You'll have all the energy you need. You don't need to be on HRT or testosterone. You need fat. The biological super-computer in your head is a big ball of fat. Hormones are made from fat.

Drink nothing but water. Exercise a little (at first). Lift heavy things. Learn to squat; it will help with sciatica.

That's it. 👍🙂

Lol yeah you might be right there FrostGyre but unfortunately the thought of eating meat makes me want to puke 🤷. My husband is also veggie and is an ultra runner, weird hey. 🤷. Thanks for taking the time and energy to reply though, you make some excellent points 👍

Hi I take multivitamin every day as GP recommend it . Also add vitamin D and turmeric. I really don’t know if they help or not but am sticking with them .

Sorry you are feeling down, the fatigue is awful and so frustrating.

I’m down this week as the pain is bad . I have bad side effects from many of the prescribed medications so currently can’t find anything to help ease the pain. Feels hopeless some days !!

It’s good to chat on here.

I hope your fatigue passes soon and the weather improves to help raise yours and all our spirits.

Yes I was saying to husband yesterday that I have been hurting all over more this last few days, though not done anything different. It is my day for my ‘MOT’ for my gentle McTimoney trained chiropractor to do her 6-8 weeks fine tuning of my spine etc, so that might make it better. Next week having various blood tests too, including mine for vit/ min levels…perhaps these need tweaking upwards! Looking forward to warm weather that I hope is coming…where I live have barely got into double figures yet this year…think that makes a difference to me.

I've been tearful but feel even worse when my male swan was attacked by a dog. He's in tiggywinkles hospital right now. I do hope he'll be back being naughty🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😍.

My Physio recommended vit D a b complex and magnesium to take at night. I've not been taking them long .

the fatigue is awful.

I’ve got various health problems plus lung fibrosis.

I’m currently recuperating from a broken hip last year, also had a heart attack on the table.

I think I’m doing ok,but the fatigue is unbelievable.

If I don’t have a lie down/nap in the afternoon i need to sleep half the next day is written off as I feel so exhausted.

I have to plan if I want to do anything,it is depressing.my husband understands, but it’s difficult trying to explain to friends.

I take a multi vitamin,I don’t know if it helps or not.

The only thing that works for me is planning and accepting my own limitations, this has been so hard for me.

I hop you have a reasonable day.

Funny in what way ?I felt weird last week and dizzy. Blood sugar levels were too low. Id forgotten to eat doh!

I hope it resolved soon.

Do you get antidepressant s? Cos it sounds like you need a pick me up one. You need to speak to your GP or nurse. It may be the weather causing misery.

Have a treat if you can😏, hugs sweetie Dawn 🤗🤗🤗🙃🤗🤗🤗😍
