HelloHas anyone ever experienced air hunger attacks & Wretching experiences ?

Through having fibromyalgia.

Other issues also being bad stomach & phlegm etc.

Hi air hunger ? Ok I just looked it up. If your having stomach problems and producing a lot of phlegm may I suggest you speak to a GP or your pharmacist.

Air hunger is definitely not a fibro symptom. It could be anything from anxiety to lung/heartproblems according to DR Google.

Not a fbro problem I have had. But tummy problems are stand alone health issues and need to be checked out.

Hi sweetie Fibro1966🤗I get air hungers when I haven't eaten all day. I've been getting nausea too. The phlegm is awful as it makes me actually sick.

Agree with Dizzytwo differently get too see your doctor about the Plegm, the stomach your doc could possible arrange a endoscopy for further investigation especially if problem is ongoing , hope you get everything checked very soon. Take care x

hi, massive stomach and gut problems here! I had them before I had more other symptoms of fibro, bloating, cramps, digestion issues, all sorts! My self esteem dropped massively because of this, I don’t like eating out anymore as always ending up bloated and in pain, sometimes I just wake up already bloated or in pain, for me personally this has been really depressing and just crushing my self esteem.
