Just got back from hospital,

This is the lady who will keep me asleep during surgery, Lovely woman, All my tests came back clear (apart from the other known things)

She said because of my oxygene the way it is , (when I sleep my oxygene levels are not good at all ) They want to admit me the day before and the day after, No food before so I hope the meal smells don't get me,

Moving forward after 4yrs😲🦷🦷🦷

I do worry about the sleeping department, Maybe they will give me a little something to help?😀

It's another step forward, I don't get it though we were told that I don't have sleep apnea I just don't have the maximum oxygen I should have at night? Iv'e been given the all clear and discharged, ?

So I don't understand the stay over? I am confused,

I've been told No to COPD or apnea

Nothing about my notsojollyguant either, I am a little scared and worried about the whole thing now, I thought I could manage some how,

Well I wasn't expecting that 1! Last nurse tomorrow, but I think I'll call her and say I can do without, Hubby thinks this could have kicked off because all the other stuff and the blooming estate agents it just tipped me over,

I never saw that coming, Scary not like the other 1, Didn't even know I'd had that 1🤕

I realise now this is my wake up call, Even thought I was on blood thinners to stop it?

Now I've had the 2 mini's the chances I have another are high 😒, Never mind soon be christmas again lol, I hope your okay and feeling the best you can today, Please don't worry about me, I saw your message and thought ohh bugger I'd have your ailments on my concious ( sorry can't spell) But thank you anyway,

All this not lifting a finger business (Thank you Hubby John) Iv'e caught up a bit more with my knitting 🤗🤗

Oh dear , I know we feel good &positive sometimes them get our set backs for sure, I lost a day and a half this week with fibro/cfs then trying too pace Friday and Sat too catch up abit. Seems lately I cannot even go 2 weeks without conditions or germs , my husband s coming out with stinking cold today so keeping my distance 😉washing hands , I’m in a bungalow so my tv in my bedroom next too the kitchen /dinner (he stays in one half ha ha ) take care and I hope this week will be alittle better xx

I have never understood all this Fibro 💩 and how it can knock me sideways,

Although I have not had any flues colds or D&S since I came off the buses, 11years now, Just goes to show what dirty diseased people are out there HAha😉

I think it helps wearing the mask when in a closed place, I said no thank you to the covid jab too, After watching our neighbours got sicker and sicker, The wife came home, but says it has not got a lot better, The Husband sadly didn't come home😢When we lived down soft we were in a bungalow, Tiny kitchen but 30ft x 30ft garden front and back, Loved it, I wish we were still there, We had a shed with windows on the 1 side and used to sit for hrs watching the birds and I'd dug a huge pond with some cracking fish😄 I so miss the vast countryside and my garden,

No waffle away, I got excited just saw blue tits going in box yay , but neighbours cat lurking around 😟yes good day , but our football team lost in a local derby too Norwich , I follow the footie , husband s got a season ticket we are fighting for promotion very tight at the top , I am hoping too at least pot up some seedlings Sundays or very least 15/20 mins outside 😉if it warms up ha ha x

Nice, I used to have a head lamp, Don't laugh I used it to dead head, feed the fish and a frog with 2 newts,

I've got a yard (Northern concrete square) now so every where are pots full of stuff, The apple and pear trees last year gave us some really delish fruits, But the 1's I'm most proud of are my Wisteria and passion flower, Strange as it seems Iv'e always loved these two but never taken in any of my other gardens, I have a above ground pond with every thing in it apart from the water and fish 🐟🐟🐟🐟

I'm not sure why we haven't set it up when we've been in this house almost 9yrs,

We have a great rugby team here though and 🏉🏉🏉 have won some pretty silver ware 🏆🏆
