Hi sleepyhead, i have a similar experience, i describe it as my on/off switch. I feel like I've been switched 'off' i can be asleep for varied hours, when i wake i feel disoriented in time and day, ive woken sometimes panicking im late for work but its been a weekend! don't remember for first the first few seconds how ive come to be in bed or tucked up on sofa, it does come back me once im orientated again. I agree with jugglinglife i would contact your GP

Hi Sleepyhead. Yes, that happens to me almost every day. I wake up from a nap not knowing where I am or what day it is, and not even knowing whether it is night or day.

I woke up today at 12.45pm and told my friends who asked if we where meeting up how I felt.

"I feel like I've just ran a Marathon not eaten drank or slept for a day and feels like my favorite dog has died"

The fatigue is so debilitating along with the ayces and pains and brain fog and to top it off I feel weepy for no reason what so ever. When I wake and like this my brain takes some time to get in gear. Only way I can describe it is as if I'm sedited and coming around.

Hi, I get that alot I can be watching something and it's my switch goes off, as one of the members said when I wake up I have no idea of day, if it's the weekend or etc. Sometimes I even get so bad I'm not sure of my house at first it is very unnerving.
