Yes. Definitely a fibro symptom. My hands, legs and arms are the worst but sometimes my whole body. I put on lots of body oil, pure cotton pyjamas and take some codeine when it’s driving me crazy. Anti-itch creams do nothing.

Strangely enough, me too! I just thought it was central heating drying out my skin, but I use l’occitane shower oil and a body

Oil once I’m dry!

Hi seeing the Doctor next week , it seems to last a couple of weeks then disappears . All the symptoms of fibromyalgia are sometimes very worrying!!!

I get quite itchy, it comes and goes. Nothing really helps unfortunately but I have to keep well moisturised or it’s worse. Turns having a shower into a marathon. 🥲

yes I get itchy legs especially in bed. Could rip them to pieces. I use doublebase cream and it does help

Yes I get itchy all over, but mostly my body, it comes and goes randomly, my GP prescribes Dermol Cream to use as a soap substitute and also for applying to my skin. I also have Epimax Ointment for my legs because they get extremely dry.

When it's really bad I have been known to have a cold shower, try to avoid that in the winter months!

I wish mine came and went.

Everyday, but not all day, especially my face, ears, neck, and scalp.

I've tried every antihistamine going. I've reduced my tablets to Duloxetine 300 morning and night, slow release 20mg Morphine capsules morning and night, and 10mg Morphine tablets as and when needed.

I had the itches well before I started on the Morphine (which is notorious for itches, according to my doctor), but I'm beginning to think I'm allergic to my own hair !

we get more dehdydratey as we age abd our body's need more water. if our body's lack water then the oil in our skin increases then causing itching and spots. Drinking at least three glasses of water every day has helpedx10 %.

Hi FizzledYes,drives me mad. Skin over sensitive. Can't rub myself dry after bath, just have to wrap myself in a big towel and dry naturally. Stress makes me more sensitive. Hydrate well. X
