Pip etc

So I asked PIP to look at claim again, as they took away my mobility. Yesterday received their decision which is still no.

So now going to have to appeal it!

2 weeks ago I contacted 111 then 2, as I was and still am in a lot of emotional distress.

After talking to 111. Sanctuary phoned me.

This lady also has fibromyalgia. She was mainly just talking about herself .

But she said she was going yo send me an email., packed with information. And that she was going to talk to her day worker to get in contact. And she was going to phone Thursday (last Thursday).

None of those things happened, and the frustrating thing for me, this day worker is good at dealing with PIP!!

Hi I have had the same and I sent my Mandatory reconsideration info back on Monday along with new evidence from my GP. They are doing this a lot at the moment. Go to appeal, if you have been awarded mobility before and things have got worse then you should be entitled to it. Good luck.

I wish you well with your appeal and such a shame it causes grief and anxiety for people, I hope the appeal is more successful next time x

Done the mandatory now have to appeal as I'm not letting get away with it. And at the same time I could really do without it. I have a lot going on!

Sorry I missed that bit goodluck with appeal and I agree you shouldn't have to go through such of ordeal to get what you're entitled to but I've seen in news and the big gov ideas about disabled people they are turning more people down to force them to give up in an attempt to reduce the long term sick but if uou have gp and doctors supporting evidence that should be enough my best of luck going to you in your fight
