thank goodness for diazapam ive been in spasm from my knees to my waist xx

Hi, Just wondering what other tablets do you both take.

I have really horrid cramping feelings in my legs when i ahve sat for a while or if i have used them too much. in bed its awful, the pain makes me silently cry.

I am on amitriplyn and gabapentin, so was just wondering if i could take them to help aswell?

hi kel my doctor only prescribes me a few diazapam at a time aand i only use them wen im desperate like if i cant even move which is wot happens wen i go into spasm.i also take nortriptilyne every nite .dr also gave me ibuprofen gel hope this helps .xx

I had the day from hell yesterday, so sore so stiff and fell out with everyone as i get frustrated and angry.

I just dont know what to do when i am like that. went to bed to try and rest but then the horrid pains in my legs were worse.

I have tried ibruprofen gel that does not help. i will maybe mention to my gp about diazapam just for really bad days.

my dr will only prescribe me small ammounts of diazipam as they are "addictive and work less the more u take them" tho tey will give me boxes of dyhydrocodiene, codiene and tramadol.... wish i could get them to listen, its th eonly thing that works x
