Right just got in from work pain all over but wats new. I ve been looking after the elderly today who all have different stages of dementia. This makes me realise how lucky I am, I can remember my hubby my children and everyone else in my life these people dnt have that. It's so sad but it helps me to forget my pain atleast while I'm working.

You do a great job. Give yourself a pat on the back. Now get the kettle on and put your feet up you deserve it 😊

Already had it....its literally the first thing I do when I get in, then take my sweaty trainers off haha I love all the people I look after just a smile from them makes my day. My hubby wants me to stop working but if I stop I will seize up.....

I kept going till I couldnt crawl out the front door LOL I guess I knew once I took that Final step to stop working my life would become quite empty. And I was proven right sadly. Friends and family can be very fickle at times.

But I have a great hubby and he's my best friend so its not all gloom and doom 😁

Working for money with Fibro is more than just a pain. However, if you have time( haha when retired where does the time go?) try doing a few hours volunteering. Your local Community Volunteer Service will have vacancies for sure. You can tell them what hours and type of thing you would be able to do. My Fibro goes on the backburner when I am volunteering. It's distraction theory of course👍
