Headache

Does anyone get a headache on their eyebrow that won't go away?I've woke up with this today and it hasn't gone yet. I've had paracetamol which is all I can take as I'm pregnant, avoiding screens, making the room as dark as possible, putting pressure on the spot that hurts... nothing is getting rid of it. Any tips or tricks from anyone?

I get headaches at the middle of my forehead that radiate to my eyebrows. Sometimes, especially if I catch it early, that rubbing some Tiger Balm on my forehead and temples helps. I use the Tiger Balm that has the blue label. Watch you don't go too near your eyes though as they will water. Hope this helps.

Hi. As you are pregnant I think you should consult your doctor, especially if this is a new symptom and it sounds like you have tried everything to get rid of the pain.

A cold, damp flannel across the eyes and forehead often works for me. I can second the comment about Tiger Balm, but don’t know if it’s contra-indicated in pregnancy, so not sure if suitable for you xxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy , I would differently consult your doctor for some advice too be on the safe side , I use lavender balm and a headache balm for my heads they are cool and soothing , let us know how you get on xx

I get this it’s a migraine place something really cold on it. Take something out of freezer and wrap in a tea towel then place on eyebrow. Usual painkillers don’t touch migraines. Good luck. Also drink loads you could be dehydrated .
