Can anyone tell me anything I can do for the pain in left leg
Hi Dlousie1996, leg pain is awful isn't it? Probably the last thing you feel like doing but I'll tell you what helps me .........
Swearing, lots of swearing! I've got such a potty mouth but somehow it helps 😳☺️
Movement, lots of little stretches throughout the day, even just one or two at a time but regularly. Do them in bed before even attempting to get up.
Magnesium oil/spray/lotion, heat, massage, Epsom salts in your bath.
Look online for exercises for planter fasciities, these will give you a good idea of the stretches from your toes to your hips.
Also might be worth checking in with your GP, they may be able to offer you something else.
Hope you get some relief soon x
When I get pains in my legs I use an elasticated bandage on my legs.
Hope it works for you

I had healing from this through the chiropractor
hiya! Do you have a swollen fluid build up at your ankle bone? If yes then reduce the inflammation by using an ice pack, ibuprofen gel (nurofen), any massage therapy oil with anti inflammatory properties and raise your affected leg as much as possible. Use a pillow in bed to support your leg and ankle. Good luck, this pain is truly excruciating ❤️🩹
Hi there
I would suggest you get back in touch with the GP to let them know that the pain killers are not making the problem feel any better. My pharmacist actually asked me if I moisturised. I thought this was a bit of a question but long story short if you don't already put some moisturizer on and massage your leg and ankle to see if this helps the circulation in turn maybe but not always would help the pain a little bit. I still would speak with your Dr again as it maybe unrelated to fybromyalgia.
Kind regards
