when diagnosed 2010 felt all alone thinking why me. Had to learn to shut buttons simple things were hard to do School runs became exhausting then bumped into someone on my road who has fibromyalgia but she was a lot bad than myself yet we fight everyday as we are tested. I went on to groups struggled to understand what was going on but finally found out I’m not alone there are others who are like me and I’m not ashamed to say I have a problem and I need help
