cold with covid
I think you need to ask your GP or contact whoever is doing the vaccine before you go. If you just turn up they may send you away without doing it better to be safe than go for nothing. Gentle hugs
yes. so long as you feel reasonably OK and have a negative covid test. Vaccination centre staff will advise on the day. Just drop by
If you have a temperature or feel unwell, the NHS advice is to wait until you feel better but as suggested by others, see how you are on the day😊
Thankyou all for advice
I don't think anyone can tell you that. It has to be your decision based on a lot of thought. - A lot of people feel wretched with vaccs or the -ovid either way. I'm 76 and found I had omicron last Boxing day which I caught from grandkids and parents who must have had it mildly. On and off the bed for three weeks then got over it slowly. Have never have any jabs at all for it but my husband had and he caught it too. It's all down to your intuition. Trust that because you know how you have reacted to other illnesses throughout your life and maybe also vaccines. Most GPS do not know their patients very well these days, but if you know yours well and over many years you can at least get their opinion. Keep well and keep up the vitamins, especially the d vits. Elderberry and echinacea tea is good for immunity. It's a nice treat. Hope you are feeling better from the cold soon.
It is concerning I think either way can have problems, I am going for the vacine. I have never tried the tea before, I will give it a go.
hello
They usually advice that you should be well to have the covid vaccine because you’ll probably get flu like symptoms after the jab so you could feel worse
