Hi and welcome, everyone here is really friendly. Have you looked at the Fibromyalgia Action UK website, there is a lot of information and you can send for their welcome pack which is very helpful.

Often it seems that a combination of things may help; pacing is very important with fibromyalgia for example.
Have you asked your Dr to refer you for physiotherapy, or to a pain cliinic?
