Zero gravity makes things a little more comfortable for me.

Dear Fibrofriends, I have recently invested in a Zero Gravity Garden Recliner ! It holds my body in a comfortable ‘floating ‘ position. I find this really helpful. On days when everything hurts & you don’t even have the energy to use your muscles to sit upright, but laying down, you cannot get comfortable either!

I was able to try one before I invested in it & I waited for the sales! But just thought I would share it with you, in the hopes it may help some one! I use it with soft fluffy blankets & heat pads.

for a moment there thought was on the iss international space station, was wondering how managed all the training with fibro.

does zero gravity help fibro, is it possible to have a monthly cycle in space, with the lack of gravity, odd musings while awaiting the Artemis launch.

so pleased you have found the gravity style seating that make life more easier for you xxx
