They have a tendency to do this, you have flare ups that will last a little or stay permanently, I'm 7 yrs in and still developing new pain and symptoms, I hope your doing OK and coping well x

HelloI've been improved a great since summer last year. But have flares when I push too much, or 'just because?'. Random pains in sights of old injury, which go off quite quickly. I can usually relate increase in pain to emotional upset, too

Hi lovely. I was only diagnosed in February, but have had fibro all my life from the sounds of it… I’m never sure if I’m finding new symptoms, or realising that what I thought was normal for everyone never actually was 😅

I know that my pain has certainly increased since 2019 when I had a full hysterectomy and my mobility has really declined.

Keep researching and keep doing what you can to feel better. This group is the best for asking these questions and coming for a rant. I know loved ones try to understand, but it makes a world of difference to speak to people who have the same issues.

Sending gentle hugs 💙
