It's taken over a year but I've finally got some HRT working for me. 4 pumps estrogel, Mirena coil and testosterone. It's not life changing but has definitely improved my well being. Anything helps hey. Hope you find something that helps you soon 🤞🤞 x

Hello and welcome too the forum, have you seen your doctor recently? Especially if you feel low, my weight crept up when I went on duloxtene but it’s worked so well for me and it’s helped so much in keeping me more positive too, it’s just finding ways to cope with daily life , for me personally it’s been meds, pacing method , chatting here certainly has , sharing your thoughts with a loved one, close friend and just getting out how you feel , I always look forward to the better days ahead as hopefully there’s some coming your way very soon xx
