Hi all, I had to get rid of HONEYDEBRA as seeing it in capitals was affecting my old! Lol πŸ˜†

Thats the only reason why I did it, plus something to do.

Last week I turned a corner with the depression but this week I'm not doing so good.

Good morning, I'm really suffering with the worst CFS at the moment, so I take one day at a time. Don't plan the nxt day or even nxt week just everyday as it comes and certainly don't be apologetic about your depression because it is an illness, I hope you have spoken to your docter? And getting the help and support of people around you. I know it can be lonely I do because I suffer and probably most on here do. We are all with you my lovely. Take care as always and remember just one day at a time 😘

Thank you Murphy. Yes doctor knows and I'm on the waiting list for cbd (nor sure if it's called that!) But it's a long waiting list x

Did you mean you are on the waiting list for CBT?Cognitive Behavioural therapy, rather than CBD , which is the cannabis product.

I would think there would be a long waiting list for both on the NHS.

Possibly the Fibro Fog at play....... It did make me smile this morning though , you are just like me

Take care, I hope you can lift your spirits soon , Bee

Gosh !I didn't think you could get CBD oil prescribed on the NHS unless you had epilepsy or MS .

That quite exciting for those who want to try it.

Hi Fibrofog πŸ€—πŸŒΏπŸŒΈπŸ¦‹I agree with these lovely people that responded on this thread.

Depression runs in my family. Grandma dad brother late mother all suffered with it.

I’ve had my bouts too. Ask your GP for a mild antidepressant if needed. The brain 🧠 is our most Important organ. It gets sick too and there isn’t anything wrong with seeking treatments for whatever ails it.

Try to surround yourself with positive supportive people. Trusted friends to be with and confide in.

Using defusers with essential oils of lavender around your home will calm/sooth you. Listen to calming music watching feel good movies and doing activities you enjoy to distract you during your low moods will help you endure them.

And of course all our lovely members will reach out to you when they can to help too.

Sorry you’re suffering so much sweetie. Just remember you/we only truly have control over the next moment/hour/day at hand.

Try not to be concerned about the future. That hasn’t happened yet and if you take things one day at a time things would be easier.

Research mood boosting foods on line plus get plenty of water and sleep will all aid in your well being.

Thinking positive will help as well.

Best wishes sweetie.

Love and prayers.

Thank you. I am on anti depressants for a while and recently the dose increased, but not helping. This time it's not really about my health which of course I struggle. It's more a parenting problem or lack of it, and it's both of them and I have had this problem all my life.

Xx

Hi Fibrofog! I sometimes think that the journey through depression is like one step forward and two steps back 😏 Don't give up, you will get through it. This too shall pass! Xx πŸ€—

Hi Fibrofog. I used the name of my first ever cat as the first part of my unlocked ID!Sorry about the depression. Mine was awful a couple of weeks ago but has lifted now. Maybe since I talked to my inner ghosties about it during the small hours. Anyhow, the right info seemed to come my way and started using herb tea to give kidneys a boost. (Get dehydrated sometimes trying to get stuff done and forget to drink.) - The Nutraherb tea I found in the cupboard contains dandelion and uva ursi. (I never use dandelion but took the chance this time and was surprised. Three cups at least and no real problem at night because it makes the flow start easily and empty properly so it's not too difficult to sleep again. Saffron tea helps my depression too more often than not and that worked too. Look for a cheap one on Amazon if you try this and know someone who gets free deliveries. Spanish is a bit cheaper but you only need about 8-10 strands at a time and can refill with hot water at least once. May the sun shine through your fog pretty soon.
