Can't change my user name

Can anyone help I've tried to change my username and each time I do it it says.... unable to change username try again ... I try again and says the same ... many thanks

its under update profile

Thank you but have done that typed in new name ... then pressed change and it says unable to change password try again 😊

The Dave buttons for the section are above the options so you may be clicking the save password section

Have you tried closing your device down completely and coming back on again? This may refresh everything. You can only change your username twice so you may have inadvertently done this without realising.

If this doesn't work you can change your email address ie @hotmail or whatever and you can rejoin with another username.

Technical do not work at weekends but if you need support you can notify them and they will help when they can.
