After spending the last few days deciding on a new name, I have forgotten how to change it. I have gone through the menu and can't find the original place I saw the prompt. My question is HELP how do I proceed? Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place.

Hello again,
At the top of the page, next to the words Health unlocked there is your user name. click on the arrow and then click on account. Scroll down and you will find change user name.
After that you are on your own. 
Ive never changed mine.
