Hi I ve been on Gabupentin 3600mg for many years now and although it doesn't take the pain away it enables me to keep pushing on and keeps me at work . I have no real side affects apart from not being able to sleep more than 3 hrs a night I do take a cocktail of other medication too 28 tablets a day in total, just bear with it and you will be OK and stay mind positive too.
