If so please tell me about it, did you get it prescribed by doctor, are you in UK or USA, or did you buy your own, if so where from please etc and doses? Another forum says a lot of people are taking it - low dose - very successfully for this problem.

Has anyone tried naltrexone for fibro?
I used it previously. Its only available on prescription in the UK. My gp wrote me a private prescription and I only paid for the actual medicine.
Dicksons Chemist in glasgow can give you information on getting a private prescription if your gp is I unwilling to.
Ldn research trust is also a good source of information
When I had a problem getting other medication which the doctor would not give me I had it sent over from abroad, no prescription. Its just as hard to get a prescription which is private and it costs a lot more, so pointless. I would have to pay a doctor at least £160 p lus vat to discuss it with him. The medicine probably costs less.
I'm not sure what current prices are through Dicksons, but last time I checked for someone I'm sure it was less than £50 for initial consultation and first prescription. There would then be a charge for monthly prescriptions. You then had £20—35 for Ldn monthly depending on whether you went for liquid or capsules.
Thank you very much for that. I've never drunk alcohol, well not for many years, and before that only moderately. Presumably the form would ask you questions and you have to give the right answers. If it is going to be asking me about drinking alcohol or whatever I have to lie. My problem is the aches and pains and fatigue and none of it is connected to drinking etc past or present. Does that make a difference?
