Don't want to advertise the brand ... it is an appliance you put things in like spinach and flax seeds and berries etc and wizz it up! Then drink the contents.
I have been reading about it and there seems a lot say it is good for inflammation reduction and fibro...

I have one ... I love it ... I struggle with a lot of fruit and veg with my ibs ... so making a juice or smoothie still let's me get the vitamins and minerals xxx
Yes brilliant things! Remember to balance out, greens, fruit, and things like chia seeds, green grass powders and sources of roughage. I buy blueberries, raspberries etc when on offer and freeze them.
So many recipes to play with, taste great and good for you too! Even my fifteen year old loves them. Having new kitchen put in and will have more worktop and extra plug socket so it stays out all the time. I would use it daily if didn't have to clear space and get it out of cupboard, hopefully will in a months time. I think they are ace!
I have photographed a few recipes but would I be able to put them in recipe section or not? I am not advertising the product but these might help someone?
Do you know Patrick please?

It is my best friend !
Favourite is coconut milk ( or hazelnut) a banana, teaspoon of peanut butter, frozen kale . Heavenly.
It will also whizz in frozen berries , much cheaper and less wasteful than fresh. You can buy frozen kale in flaked leaves which also works well
I've had mine nearly 5 years and I'm surprised I've not worn it out. Make sure you buy a genuine one --- friend bought a dodgy fake, wiring came loose inside.
Genuine ones have all the gumph about safety certificate, numbers etc on the back.
