PIP REVIEW

Hi all, i got a form from pip last week saying it was time to review my pip again, one page says dont send anything we already have to other says send it so i am a bit confused , dosnt take much, please could someone advice me on what to put in this form i have a few changes so is that all they want the changes? sorry but its very confusing well to me it is.

Hi ,I didn't trust that review would not be assessed on only new conditions for son so I repeated all and added new conditions so I had covered all bases.Form is hard enough to complete but it didn't make sense not to mention or send proof .

Your review or any bodies review can be made at any time before the end date of the award period. So it is very important to keep all medical information and evidence in a safe place as you never know when you will need it. Treat the review as a first time application for PIP giving examples of what has or does happen when ever you try or attempt the descriptors. Do not just give bland answers like , I cope by doing this or that, I manage ok, it’s a bit of a struggle but I get there in the end. Answers like those lead to the HP marking you as able to function doing the descriptors. Keep a copy of the documents don’t send originals use extra pages if needed marking the descriptors your are writing about and put your name and National Insurance Number on each additional page.

Thanks for the replies. The trouble is I have a lot of problems lots to put on the review form I do have a copy of the medical as well plus I have a copy of why I was awarded 4 years ago from the DWP. It's just I will never get it all on that review form. I have my doctors backing I went to see her yesterday I suppose it's just getting started it's so depressing plus hard work. I have until the 24th of January..
