I only find mine a help for certain kinds of pain and then it only takes the top edge of it. I found it helped my osteoarthritis more than fibro. I do find that some people have found a great deal of relief from their pain when using it as an addition to other treatments. I was initially advised to use it on a low setting for much longer than it says in the leaflet. I actually found a higher setting was of less use to me. I now find I get more relief if I only use it when the pain is bad rather than on a daily basis. We are all so individual that it is difficult to say.

I know some Pain Clinics will lend a tens machine for people to try to see if it helps them. Good luck if you decide to have one hope it helps.
