Tens

Hi all does anyone use a Tens for fibromyalgia pain, someone told me to try it, didn't want to waste money if no good would be grateful for any feed back

I have been using a Tens for well over 20 years and I have found it very helpful. But as we know we are all different. What works for me may not work for you. The only way to know is give it a go.

thank you Mo I will give it a go. I am having terrible side affects from drugs and want to try a drug free remedy.

Hi haven't used one for fibro yet but I may well in future ,but I did use one to give birth to my 22 year old and even back then it was brill , didn't feel a thing , no drugs no epidural unlike the previous two ,

My GP's surgery keeps some tens machines for loaning out to pregnant ladies avoiding drugs while carrying, maybe a source for a loan machine while you try it.

I also use a TENS Machine and I have had some good results from it. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck if you decide to give one a try.
