Has anyone else had their PIP reward extended due to COVID?

Had a letter the other day saying they had increased the length of my award due to COVID-19.

Due for review October 2021- Now July 2022

Yes,, l got a letter several weeks back and mine was extended from Jan 2021 to October 2021. I was abit happy about that as l was starting to get stressed about going for the interview,,,, but only the other day l got a big thick form to fill in about all my illnesses and any changes,, which there is,, lve got 5 new pain problems. I was abit shocked to get this form and found and reread ALL of the 1st form, which was the notice of extention.

It was my own fault,,, l only read the top part of the letter and was happy so put it down.

When l reread it,,, it says on the bottom half that they will send me a form to fill in in a few weeks,, which they have. 😵

It has to be returned on 25th November and l havent got anybody to help me fill it all in. Someone told me to go to the CAB but the ones by me have closed down.

Can anybody please recommend any other businesses that can help me please?

Thanks.

Hi, I got help from a charity called Fightback 4 Justice. They have a form filling service that you have to pay for. You book a telephone appointment and they go through the form with you and type it up. I found them to be very helpful and was relieved because I couldn't face doing the review form myself this time round.
