Red rashes and spots on tops of hands and all over legs, anyone else?
Started early this year with one round mark size of fingertip on top half of leg but took no notice. Then I noticed a red rash raised slightly on top of my hand, stinging nettle type.
I was given cream and steroid cream over the phone appointment. Nothing and now I've got red spots dotted here and there over my legs, biggest is fingertip one than they vary to tiny dots to a mass of spots in various areas.
I got one or two itch a bit but nothing much and has not done so for weeks but the spots are growing in numbers.

It sounds very much like what I started almost 18 months ago, mine started with a patch on my lower back off centre, it was so itchy, it bled and got bigger.
Long story short, I have rash like, raised red bumps, dry spots on my legs, arms, hands and fingers, I have a Dermol cream, plus steroid cream as a lot of mine itch to bleeding point, others, they're just there, has been put down to eczema!
I get periods of where they are a lot less, almost cleared, but then bang, flare up, I'm currently battling them again, stress, I think, is a big factor!?
Honestly, you should go back to your drs, speak to them about your stress and meds not doing anything, plus the rash, cream not helping etc, if its caused thru stress, then that'll need managed before the rash will start to calm. It really is a vicious circle tho, as rash will stay all the time you're stressed, but you'll stress over the rash!! So definitely go back to your drs, see if theres anything else they can do.
they say they can do nothing more for my stress. I was told by a doc at pain clinic that I obviously had problems as I failed all balance tests, was weak & he said I have an overloaded central nervous system and he was going to move mountains to help starting with a full MRI of my spine but when I went back for the results I must of got previous docs hierarchy as he said yes my spine is a mess but nothing can be done and advised that I not seek further diagnoses for anything, stop trying to cut down my meds or quitting and keep taking the pills as its quality of life that matters. I've been back and see him again, same thing
Hi I’ve not been on here for a few years. I have had fibromyalgia for 9 years. Diagnosed at hospital. I have migraine. Extreme fatigue. Light sensitivity. I had hair loss 20 years ago and was tested for various things. Nothing positive. I was told at one point that my immune system was probably attacking itself. I am now having a battle with rashes that won’t go away. They are red, bumpy and itchy. Mostly round my neck and my inner arms. I was reading that a condition called Lupus may be the cause and most of my symptoms fit. The best person to diagnose this is a rheumatologist so that would require a referral. I don’t know if any of this helps you but it might be linked with fibromyalgia
