I have suffered with fibro, hyper mobility disorder amongst other things. I live in chronic pain every day. I have had every pain killer and anti inflammatory there is! Either maxing out the strength or had side effects.
Does anyone use non prescribed patches?
I have to have a tens attached all day every day but my skin is burnt I need another avenue 🤷♀️

Sorry you are struggling so much. Unfortunately, medication does not work for everyone with fibro, but there are many other ways you can learn to manage pain.
I use a combination of activity/exercise; heat (or cold); aromatherapy balms and oils; mindfulness; meditation; distraction techniques; CBD taken as an oil and a tea. I also have weighted blankets on my bed.
I was in bed for 3 months unwell, I’ve managed to get back to work but cannot do my role anymore so I’m in a new role and fear I’m starting to slide back down.

Yes, I'm in incredible unrelenting pain and it's getting worse. How am I going to get through the day tomorrow at work? It's hard to hide how much pain I am in.
