Hi I'm in the same boat, got my review form a few weeks ago, sent it off but not heard anything not even a txt to say they have received it. My blue badge runs out at the end of August. I got rewarded it through pip for my mobility compartment. No idea how I'm going to apply for my badge without the letter from pip. 😥

ive been waiting for 20 weeks today since they got my form and i was offered a f2f in late feb but it was going to be the day before i came home from holiday they advised me o call when i got back, and now they are starting to do the phone call assessments - but then you will still have weeks to wait until after that happens! its mad right now and going to be lots of delays xx

Hello, once the assessment provider has been contacted by the DWP they will contact you either to inform you that they have done a paper based assessment or you may as most are a telephone assessment asking you to confirm your answers given in the application form.

I’m thinking a phone assessment is better than a face to face.

Hi Lauren I was supposed to have my face to face assessment on the 27th of March was then told it would be a telephone appointment, then got a letter to say it's cancelled until the coronovirous is over. I've been waiting since October for assessment this is a new claim, I don't know if that makes a difference.
