Feeling tired today ach just feel done in didn't want to get out off bed today but got up and my wife and I took our little dog for a walk he is a shitzu a great companion

Digs are the best as they make us get up and exercise even if most of the time the walk is slow, lol. They also keep us amused. Mine is snoring away beside me she is a great companion.x

Sometimes its about getting up for a purpose like you have with your dog which is great, personally I watch the music channel between eight and nine and try and channel my inner Beyonce. ....

It doesn't always work and I find myself channelling my inner waynetta slob
