Going start a diet tomorrow cos lately I am gaining on the pounds cos of my energy out the window I go work only 3 days a week but I find things difficult lately I just purely ace every day lately and my hands hurt so bad the sensation feels differently when I lift objects I just keep on smiling and finding way to help x

Im joining you the diet. I now only work 2 days and having flare up after flare I'm feeling sorry for myself and not doing much exercise to burn off calories.

As soon as I say the word diet my will power vanishes. I'd love a chef then I could eat healthy without just grabbing the easiest thing

Same here. I have a sweet tooth. But being good. Sweetest thing I've had is a banana. I might treat myself and have a yogurt lol

Good luck with your diet, are you following any diet in particular. I started Slimming World group two weeks ago as I need the support and encouragement to lose weight without cheating. I lost 6lbs in my first two weeks and weigh day is Wednesday morning. It also gets me out with others, there are a few of us there who walk with walking aids. Let me know how you get on. Hugs Misty

Good idea using an app. I eat carbs on my diet but just watch portion control. No fats as such. Lots of fruit, vegetables and salads xx

It is amazing what just losing a fee pounds does for you. I have never dieted as such but there is a weight I feel healthiest at so try not to go above. I just cut out any biscuits, cakes and crisps with justa weekly treat and substitute veg or fruit and try to walk just a bit longer around the park (the dog loves that but of the regime, lol) and within a few weeks I have usually lost the extra 4lbs.

I do think eating healthily a d exercising more is so difficult in the winter we have dark mornings and nights, wet and cold and it is enough to dampen even the most determined persons enthusiasm for doing without sweet things. Hopefully with the longer days and fingers crossed better weather you will become more motivated. Good luck with it.x
