I hope you are doing ok and maybe slept π a little? So ,so happy as today at 2:40 I get my stitches out of my hand π. There will be no stopping me !!! As if, if I had the energy there would be no stopping me and I would be running around with glee. But I will just be content to get home and put my slippers on. Lol π
Had a windy π¬ week too and I am not talking just weather wise as I had a bowel screen on Monday. Hilarious as I took so much gas and air, well it was free, that every time I passed π¬π¨, I was in fits of laughter ( so were the staff). It reminded me so much of pain free days and wish I could share that wonderful feeling with you. I ended up having to be wheeled out in the bed and spend time in the recovery room until I could stand . Lol π
I hope you all have a lovely weekend, not too much rain βοΈ, and get some sleep π€. Love and hugs π€. Lynn xxxx

I thought mine was quite musical. Beethovenβs last movement. Lol π
So pleased your stitches are out, what a relief,!! I know what you mean about the wind!! I was the same, problem is, I'm windy anyway!! Could start a tune with mine as I'm walking along!! I can't blame my sons now as I they are 27&24, think they'd have something to say ππ€£ππ€£

ππ€£Good morning Lynne. Thatβs great π with Zoonie and a few other lovely windy π¬ people on here we could start an orchestra or power station. Have a good day Hun. Love and hugs xxx π€π€
after my hysterectomy - kept the other ladies awake in the ward with my wind
my routine? walk the dog, break wind; swim, break wind - jet propelled in the pool; bend over, break wind; shower, break wind, worst ones - get in bed, break wind and always the smelliest; the dog gets fed up of being blamed but she has been known to retaliate loudly and ripely
π€£π€£ππThatβs so funny π. Thanks for the early morning laugh. Yes dogs sure are good at getting their own back. I always find it funny when they look π back at their bums , like
βDid that really come from me?β.
Take care and thanks for the wonderful laughter. May the wind always be behind you. ( a quote from my Scottish Grandma) . Xxxx
Ye kno rightly yer wee Granny was repeating the same saying we have in Ireland β
It's:
"May the Sun always shine upon you,
and the Wind always at your back"
I think it's a Very Appropriate saying for Fibromites too, after all We, more than most, need it Warm & Dry and a bit of "Wind Assistance" doesn't go amiss ! π
(There's lots of wee variations, but it's a lovely sentiment - even though it comes from the Famine and was said to people departing to migrate away to America, Canada (more Scots) and America - these people were never expected back home again, so it was said as much a Prayer as Good Wish !)
I must be lucky with my feline family, wind-breaking a very rare occurrence UNLESS I just don't see or hear any botty eruptions
Hi
Thanks for your reply. My Granny was always quoting so I thought it was Scottish. However, she originates from County Cork so must have come over the water with her family.
I didnβt remember the start of it as she died nearly 20 years ago so a BIG thanks for reminding me.
I hope you have a good day and itβs not too windy π¬. Lol π
Love π Lynn xxx ( still windy but just a few puffs) ππ
