Just need a place to vent to people who understand! Was looking forward to an 11:30 finish on Friday and my weekend off. Unfortunately my grandad was admitted to hospital (thankfully he’s okay) so Friday as soon as I finished work I caught the staff bus to our sister hospital where he is. Yesterday I got the house together, did 4 loads of washing, the food shop (I don’t drive so a 20min wall each way) and submitted the bloomin uni assignment due. Then had tonnes of stuff to do in the evening. Today I’ve had to pop to work rod drop something off, staff mini bus doesn’t run at weekends so had to get the train and another bus to the other hospital (I’ve just arrived) to see grandad on his birthday (I feel so bad for him that he’s in hospital for it!) then I’ve got the same journey home tonight!!
Can’t even relax tonight as I’ve got to sort the bins out and stuff ready to go back to work tomorrow! I’m exhausted beyond believe which has of course set a flare off, my IBS was not happy this morning!! I’m in agony. To top it all off my shower broke and so did the toilet seat!!!

Omg what a weekend for you, but what an amazing Grandaughter you are, I bet he really appreciates what you are doing right now, hope he gets well very soon and at some point you can get some much needed rest in xx
Thank you everyone! I got home about 5, woke up on the sofa at 7:15!! I never fall asleep on the sofa! Actually looking forward to going to work to get away from everything! Grandad seems okay, fed up that he’s still in hospital but was just asleep in the chair most of the time I was there! Hopefully home soon. Just sitting down to a Netflix binge
can I ask do you live alone hun? anyone who could or should give you a hand
My mum is staying with my grandad and helping him, I worded it a bit wrong, it was mine and my mums washing I did and cleaned our house, mums staying over at my grandads until he’s better so she’s near the hospital x
